Detailed Safari
Enjoy a drive through the city in the sun to the hilly countryside. You will arrive at the periphery of Volcanoes national park in the afternoon. Check in and relax in the hotel as you await the gorilla trekking activity the following morning.
Diner and overnight at camp/Lodge.
On arrival at the gate, the rangers and porters will be here to receive you. After a hot cup of coffee you will be briefed on the family group to follow nd the composition. Trekking may take anything from an hour to 6 hours. You will be allowed to spend an hour with the beautiful primates. You will advised on taking the photos and also learn about their behavior.
Later return to lodge for your overnight stay.
The Gorilla guardian’s village portrays the face of gorilla conservation and the people’s culture. Some members of this village were former poachers who are now currently active in conservation efforts. This community depends on the forest for their survival.
Their display of their culture and dances ensures that they have some food on the table for their families at the end of the day.

Later, enjoy a scenic transfer from the village to the city for your outbound flight to the next destination.
