Explore Olpejeta Conservancy

A holiday like no other

Ol Pejeta is located in the central Kenya, along the equator within the foothills of snowcapped Mt Kenya.  Today it is the best safari destination to see Rhinos in Kenya. Initially a cattle ranch, the conservancy has now turned to be the most successful conservation project protecting endangered species in Kenya.
It boasts of a well-protected Rhino sanctuary, home to the last two northern white Rhinos in the world. It embraces community development and empowerment with a beautiful education center that promotes conservation and education to students within local schools.
Ol Pejeta is also the only place to see Chimpanzees in Kenya. This is a combined effort between the conservancy and the Jane Godall institute.
Game dives in Ol Pejeta are quite engaging. If lucky you will spot all the big five in one afternoon.  Other activities including Jogging with the rangers in the plains, horse riding, lion tracking with the rangers, cycling and working with the community and local schools.
Ol Pejeta conservancy offers the perfect opportunity for student interested in gap year volunteer activities.
Only 3 hour’s drive from Nairobi, it can be the perfect getaway for family, honeymoon or wildlife safari.
