Detailed Safari
Upon pick up you will enjoy a drive across the city of a thousand hills to the lush green countryside bordering the park. Enjoy the evening relaxing as you prepare for your trekking safari come morning. Meals at overnight hotel.
Arise early before sunrise and drive towards the park gate. With the help of rangers and porters, you will embark on your ascend up the hilly slopes. Tracking the primates is unpredictable. It depends on where they were last located and the family group. You will spend time with the gorillas with your rangers guidance before you start your descend.
Return to lodge for your overnight stay.
You will spend day two trekking the mountains for the Golden Monkeys. Trekking this monkeys is adventurous and quite an activity. They are quite active and dive from a tree to another across the canopies. Look out for the bright orange bodies moving fast across the trees.
Later on, return to lodge for your overnight stay.
After a hearty breakfast, enjoy a drive across the scenic hilly plains back to the green city of Kigali. A transfer to the airport will follow for your outbound flight to your next destination.
